Stage [ 3]
ARC 37 offers a comprehensive solution to meet the mandatory requirements of a planning application submitted to the council for review. This stage of work includes all necessary drawing documentation prepared and presented by ARC 37 to help streamline the process . By entrusting us to act as your agent throughout the formal process, we aim to make the application process as easy and efficient as possible for you. Stage [ 2]
After finalising the design brief, schematic architectural drawings will be created using a combination of 2D and 3D technology to bring the vision and the project to life. These crafted drawings will be presented as a creative sketch drawing package, offering a glimpse into the potential future of the project.
Stage [ 1 ]
ARC 37 will liaise closely with you to extract your vision from your mind and translate it into a comprehensive design brief. An ‘As Existing’ drawing package is also formed which provides the context for all future work stages - this is typically undertaken by means of an ‘on-site measurement survey’ using laser measurement technology.

With all planning permissions secured, we handle the final stage of work, preparing and submitting Building Control drawings to your Local Authority Building Control. Our meticulous approach ensures a smooth process for the client, setting the stage for handover to your trusted local building contractor.
